My family has several summer cottages next door to each other, I also live yearround on the property, The backyard is not fenced in, the cottage is very well maintained and very clean, the only thing you need to bring are your own linens ( sheets, pillow cases or your special pillows), it has a good size deck that faces the water.. the family compound also has a 20x40 inground pool that our rentors can use (no life guards ) If you are interested, then I welcome you to come down to Mashpee to see it,, we are around most of weekend. but if you drive down during the week, you can always peak in the windows. July 8th thru 15th are already taken, but the following weeks are still avail July 1st thru 8th; July 22nd thru 29th; July 29th thru Aug 5th; August 12th thru 19th; August 19th thru 26th; August 26th thru labor day.
