Description: ral trips with groups from 2-12 people. This spreadsheet is for a group of up to 4 people. You simply put an 'X' in the column of the people who should pay for a partiicular item and the persons Initials in the who paid column. Fill out the amount and it calcuoates how much each person should have paid. At the bottom it works out how much you actually paid (Col F and G) and how much you should have paid (Col H) and works out a delta. At the end of the trip those who have a positive delta get owed money and the ones with a negative have to pay money.
